2. Scope of Services

All services will be performed with due diligence and in accordance with industry standards. Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to separate agreements and may incur additional charges.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Services can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the Client's needs and the nature of the garden.
- Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book services at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
- Rescheduling: Any changes to the scheduled services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as follows:
- Payment Schedule: Payments are to be made on a monthly basis, with invoices issued at the end of each month.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide access to the garden premises at the agreed-upon times.
- Inform the Service Provider of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the garden.
- Ensure that all personal belongings are secured and not obstructing the work area.
- Notify the Service Provider of any issues or concerns promptly.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Providing qualified and experienced personnel to perform the services.
- Using environmentally friendly products and sustainable practices where possible.
- Maintaining liability insurance to cover any accidental damages.
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
7. Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
In the event of accidental damage, we will take reasonable steps to rectify the issue promptly. However, the Client is responsible for notifying us of any damages or issues within 24 hours of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- Notice Period: A written notice of termination must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
- Immediate Termination: In cases of breach of terms, misconduct, or failure to comply with the responsibilities outlined, either party may terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
Upon termination, the Client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing at least 15 days before they take effect.
- Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of our services after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Confidentiality

12. Force Majeure

23. Intellectual Property
